Ms. Teresa Weise, 7th Grade Math Teacher at BCMS received the Leadership in Educational Excellence Award (LEEA).  Ms. Weise was one of four BHM district teachers honored at a banquet at the St. Cloud Civic Center on October 29th.  Ms. Weise was honored for her dedication to the students at BCMS and her excellent work as a teacher and leader.  In addition to her teaching duties, Ms. Weise is the Student Council advisor, one of the BCMS theater directors and leads several other intramural activities.  Congratulations Ms.

BCMS will be hosting one more day of Parent Conferences this week,  on Thursday, October 23rd from 4-8p.m.Please check for your scheduled day and time.  Please contact one of our child's teachers or anyone in the office if you have not yet scheduled a conference or need to re-schedule.

BMCS Parent Teacher Conferences will be held from 4-8 p.m. on the following dates: October 7,13,14, and 23.  We are hosting scheduled conferences and hope to have the parents of all BCMS students here for conferences on one of those days.  Many of you signed up for conferences at Open House and should be receiving a date and confirmation time for those conferences from your child's teachers.  Those parents who have not had an opportunity to sign up should have been contacted via a note home with your child, email or a phone call concerning a scheduled time.

The BCMS Parent Portal (also referred to as the Student Portal or Campus Portal) is currently up and running for parents to view attendance data for their child.  As of October 1st, the Grade Book feature of the Parent Portal will also be live.  In order for parents to view this information, you must sign up at BCMS.  Over 350 parents have signed up so far either during Open House or by stopping by the middle school during the day.  All parents will have a chance to sign up during Conferences or by coming to BCMS during our office hours.  You need to bring your drivers license or other fo

On Tuesday, September 2nd,  Buffalo Community Middle School Staff welcomed over 1300 students to the start of another school year.  Students were greeted with pouring rain as they arrived at school and got off their buses, but this did not dampen the enthusiasm of the eager students!

All students attending the middle school and high school will be registering over the next few weeks. Information for each grade level will be posted on this blog and documents will be attached below for download.

The 8th graders at BCMS are in the process of registering for 9th grade. This is a very exciting and very important time for students as they begin to think about and plan for their high school career. Please view the podcast for additional information on the front page!
