August 26, 2008 PLC Goal Setting
Below you will find the templates neccessary to develop and document your PLC goals for the 2008-2009 school year. The templates are aligned with the district goals, building goals, and SMART goal framework that the district uses to promote growth and accountability. When your PLC completes their goal please email a copy of the file to the administrator working with your PLC.
This is the first time we will be using goals within our PLC structure. Please feel free to ask questions, strive for greatness, and customize them so they fit your students' needs.

Mr. Hayden, Assistant Principal/Activities Director
Mr. Hayden is very
proud to be starting his 6th year at BCMS. He believes he has the
opportunity to work with great kids who come from a great community.
The support that the middle school receives from the community is

Mr. Swanson, Assistant Principal
Mr. Swanson has been involved in education since 1993. He has worked as a High School Head Coach,
Middle School Athletic Director, Interim Dean of Students, Interim
Associate Principal, and Middle School Teacher. Mr. Swanson's heart is
at the middle school level and he enjoys working with students,
